If the original work was a virus or malware removal and the same malware/virus returns within seven days we will remove the malware/ virus again at no additional charge. Since there are thousands of new viruses that come out on a daily basis there are rare instances where the virus will reappear in one to two days. If a new malware/virus is contracted during the seven day period there will be a new virus removal cost if you elect to have us remove the malware. Regardless of what the situation is, we are fair and honest and will make sure our customer’s are happy with their online malwarewebsite removal experience. Since every case is different we will assess the situation based on the data and the concerns of the customer and make sure a fair resolution is reached regardless of the seven day guarantee.

Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization services are nonrefundable, and Malwarewebsite.com do not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Malwarewebsite.com in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Malwarewebsite.com and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment. If you have a new subscription purchased from the Malwarewebsite.com within the past 60 days and would like to request a cancellation and refund of such subscription, please submit a request with our support team directly.
